Company Profile

Thinkdigital runs one of the widest networks of Internet Media in South East Europe. Our mission is to offer advertisers and marketers services that allow them to target their specific audiences in an effective way, while maximizing revenues for the Publishers who belong to the Thinkdigital Network.

Since its incorporation in 2006 Thinkdigital has partnered with the global and regional leaders in Internet Advertising. Today, Thinkdigital’s Network boasts the wider selection of Premium Publishers including Microsoft Digital Advertising Solutions (MSN & Windows Live), DrivePM, Oridian and the most popular local and regional publishers in S.E.Europe.

To deliver on the promise, Thinkdigital has joined forces with Atlas Solutions and Eyeblaster to offer Integrated Digital Technology Services. Our solutions enable the unified management of digital marketing campaigns across display banners, rich media, search, video, and websites.

Executive Team


Odysseas Ntotsikas, Managing Director and Founder

Odysseas regretfully accepts that he is now a veteran in Interactive Marketing with more than 12 years of experience in the field. He started his career as a Consultant in Accenture which he then left in 2000 to co- found one of the most successful Internet Start-Ups in the region, yellownetroad. Following the acquisition of yellownetroad by OgilvyOne in 2005 he worked for the agency for 2 years as a Stategic Planning Director.

In the end of 2006, having missed entrepreneurship he launched Thinkdigital leading it to become the biggest Online Advertising Network in Greece & Cyprus. Thinkdigital Romania was launched in 2008 to mark the expansion of the company in CEE Europe.

Odysseas Ntotsikas has degrees in New Media & Management of Information Systems from the London School of Economics. He is a frequent speaker, writer, and commentator on these issues, regularly presenting at conferences around the Region. Odysseas has also served as General Secretary for IAB Hellas.

Adda Kirkili, Business Development & Operations Director

Adda started out with journalism early in her university years but soon realized that rather than recording news it was more challenging to be where the making is, so took a swift turn to digital media, where the action was back in the late 90‘s.

Over 10 years now, she is being digital having worked for web production companies and start ups. For the past 5 years she worked for one of the biggest media agencies in Greece as an Account Director for OMD Digital, handling key clients and new business for online, mobile & email added value services.

In 2007 she joined Thinkdigital aiming at further enhancing its successful course and expansion in CEE.

Adda holds degrees in Media Communications & Media Management from the Universities of Athens (Greece) & Stirling (Scotland). She is a regular contributor on online marketing strategy to business journals and publications.

Alex Karageorgis, Sales Director

Alex joined the corporate world with Vodafone UK in October 2000. He soon followed his heart back to his native land and became part of Vodafone Greece's team. Having worked his way up through various departments of the largest global mobile operator ranging from business planning to consumer propositions he now considers himself slightly older and much wiser when it comes to what customers want.

Always in the market for the next challenge - the decision to join Thinkdigital came easily having seen the company for it's potential and people quality. He looks forward to being part of the successful Thinkdigital team moving the company forward in both a National and International direction further building on its success to date.

Alex holds an MBA from the University of Kent and a MSc in Digital Communications systems from the University of Loughborough.

Epameinondas Skorpideas, Regional Director

Following his MSc in Digital Communication Systems, Epaminondas first career steps at Fujitsu Telecommunications UK were purely technical and led him to the position of Senior Hardware engineer of the broadband xDSL division. However, his people and results oriented nature, showed him the way to undertake commercial and marketing positions during the past 10 years, in several leading multinational firms, mostly in the Telco industry.

Having a passion for the internet world since its early days and believing in the unlimited opportunities it offers, the choice to join the most dynamic and energetic team of Thinkdigital came naturally with big excitement. An environment full of creative challenges, truly exceptional and talented individuals with great attitude and spirit that never gets you bored....

Adrian Stanescu, Country Manager Romania

Adrian has traded a promising career as a professional windsurfer for a career in marketing and advertising, which was involving the same level of action and adrenaline, though a less sporty feeling.

Working in the marketing communications industry for the past 12 years, he experienced all levels of involvement starting from the Client Side for CONNEX/ VODAFONE and switching on the Advertising Agency side when things turned too calm or slow.

Since 2002, Adrian has been managing the Advertising Agency COMMUNIQUE MEDIA; always looking for new beginnings and continuous change in life, in 2007 he joined Thinkdigital as the Country Manager for Romania, aiming to create the top Advertising Network in the country.

He holds a degree in International Business Relationship from the Bucharest Academy of Economics.

Olimpia Norsesovici, Sales manager Romania

Olimpia attended the Superior School of Journalism and courted during college with little idea of “writing in the newspaper". But once she get in contact with the fascinating world of advertising, she has been plagued irreparably.

After nine years of experience in print (in Companies such as: Ringier, Splendid Media or Intact) and countless achievements, Olimpia decided to make a change and to accept the challenge of the moment - the Internet. She joined Thinkdigital the position of Sales manager for Romania. Olimpia is a cheerful person, open, but determined and very ambitious.

Thanasis Chaveles, Head of Publishers & Advertisers Solutions

Thanasis, has been working as a Senior Engineer for the last 12 years. His less exciting background was in the development of embedded systems based on wireless protocols. During this time he also worked in various internet projects and start-ups.

Thinkdigital was a great chance to follow his passion and move permanently in the exotic Internet world. He is now Head of the Publishers & Advertisers Solutions unit in Thinkdigital always seeking ways to streamline processes, optimize ROIs and offer the best client service to internal and external clients.

Thanasis has a Diploma and Master’s degree from the Department of Computer Engineering & Informatics at the University of Patras.

Vanina Leka, Account Director responsible for Agencies

Vanina started up with Event Management and Artists’ PR by joining Half Note Productions in early 2002, the best way to put in practice her Marketing studies. In 2004 she joined Motor Press Hellas as a Product Manager for Auto Motor und Sport, one of the most well-known Car Magazines worldwide.

Thanks to her organizing and management skills, 6 months later she became Internet Manager, heading the biggest auto site in Greece, www.autotriti.gr; servers, newsletters, SQL and HTML were her everyday vocabulary for the next 4 years. Additionally, she was responsible for Media Agencies’ accounts and managed to build a strong relationship with the online market.

In January 2009, she had the opportunity to further enhance her online engagement by joining Think Digital as an Account Manager and being part of a very inspiring team.

Vanina holds a degree in Marketing and Business Management from the Economic University of Athens.
